According to The USA Today, a newly passed law, which is fittingly named "The Higher Education Opportunity Act", is going to require professors at colleges and universities to post the titles and prices of textbooks that will be required for their classes. This way, when students are registering for classes they can immediately begin to have their eye out for the best deals.
